Jim Gray founded JPG Advisors, LLC in 2002 after experience as an Engineer, Operating Executive, in professional services with engineering, management consulting, accounting and legal firms. With his technical and business backgrounds Jim noticed an opportunity with emerging companies to implement operational improvements.


His background includes being a General Manager of a machine tool builder in a successful turnaround, boosted the bottom line as Chief Operating Officer of an equipment manufacturer, and stabilized a fabricator as Executive Vice President. He help established management consulting practices at accounting and legal firms.


Jim has held multiple interim manager roles in various organizations.


Education includes an Engineering Bachelors degree from Cleveland State and a MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
